What's the point?
Renee and I work as staff (not as librarians) in an academic medical library...in the Document Delivery/Interlibrary Loan Department. We both spend a sizeable amount of our workday looking up articles for local researchers as well as other libraries (throughout the country). Every now and then we'll come across a random or absurd citation/title and have to show it to the other; it breaks up the day and makes us giggle. I've been saying we (actually - I've been saying *Renee*) should blog about the things we find, and so "we" are. It's a bit nerdy, yes. We're okay with that; smart is hot. We realize our audience will be limited. For those who do read...when we (I) do post...hope you find the odds and ends at least mildly entertaining.
